Our experienced team of management professionals and our concierge, housekeeping and maintenance personnel are available to assist you, and find new ways to make your life at 740 River Drive as pleasant as it can be.
Our concierge staff is available Monday through Friday to make your life as carefree and enjoyable as possible. The personal concierge services include:
- Arranging housekeeping services
- Providing directories of local services
- Making restaurant reservations
- Arranging laundry and dry-cleaning pickup and delivery
- Accepting the delivery of packages and notifying about your package arrival at your apartment
- Filling and cleaning the litter box of your cat and feeding your birds as needed when you leave town for a couple of days
- Referring you to dog sitting and dog walking outside services when you need to leave town while leaving your dog behind
- Watering plants when you are out of town for up to two weeks
- Arranging for taxi and our complimentary limousine service available for the Residents Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
